Jenn and Scott at the Manny Cantor Center, NY.

Jenn & Scott's Wedding

Jenn and Scott choose to have their ceremony and wedding celebration at the Manny Cantor Center in NYC. These two music junkies share a love of Depeche Mode, we’re not talking a little love, they are huge Depeche Mode fans. When they met they realized they had attended countless Depeche Mode concerts, same place and time, a fortunate stroke of serendipity.

The ceremony was gorgeous, with floral arrangements by Rose Red And Lavender. Jenn had her makeup done by Who Does Your Makeup, her dress was gorgeous she found it at Davids Bridal, and Scott’s suit was from Joseph Abboud. They said their ‘I Do’s’ and we went onto a lovely cocktail hour.

Cocktail hour was held on the rooftop at the Manny Cantor Center with lovely views overlooking lower Manhattan. We provided a lovely amber uplighting to set the ambiance. Guests enjoyed Hors d’oeuvres and drinks while we played songs by Duran Duran, Foo Fighters, Joy Division and “If I Had A Million Dollars” by Barenaked Ladies at the request of Jenn’s Father, we hear you, dad!

When photos were done by David Perlman Photography we invited the guests to dinner and announced our newlyweds to “Apache” by Sugarhill Gang. The newlyweds shared their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. to ” Home” by Depeche Mode. Jenn and Scott had designed centerpieces of different Depeche Mode album covers they asked that we played a song from that album when the table was called for dinner. It was a great idea and such a personal touch. While guests dined on delicious food by Bartleby and Sage we played a variety of music from Sia to Moby and plenty of Depeche Mode.

Dinner wrapped up and we had toasts and cut the cake to “Silly Love Songs” by Paul McCartney. We had an anniversary dance for Karyl and Harry who celebrated 52 years of marriage! We opened the floor and everyone danced the night away!

Thank you, Jenn and Scott, we had a rocking evening!
