The wedding officiant is one of the last services you may think about even though it is one of the most important decisions you will make during the wedding planning process. Your ceremony is one of many memories that will last a lifetime for you and your family. Yet, it is usually always a last-minute decision.
Our wedding officiants personalize every ceremony to match each couple’s personality. Every couple is different, why should your ceremony be indistinguishable. We work closely with every couple to create the perfect ceremony.
You may ask why as an entertainment company did we decide to provide wedding officiant services?
Honestly, we form such amazing relationships from the first time we meet with our couples. It was very natural for us to fall into this role as well.
Our team of non-denominational wedding officiants were all ordained online at The Universal Life Church and The American Marriage Ministries.
How it works:
1. Give us a call or submit your information using our contact form. One of our wedding consultants will be more than happy to answer your questions. If you determine we are the right fit, we will setup a time for an initial consultation.
2. Initial Consultation:
Most couples come to us first about are DJ services and then add the Wedding Officiant as an add on to their package. One of the things we do is talk about how you envision the day and ceremony. We find out what’s important and make your vision a reality. We’ll also review our online planner that includes different options for the ceremony as well as the rest of your wedding.
3. Before the final consult:
The initial draft of your ceremony is sent out for review. If any revisions are needed, simply email it back with any changes.
3. Final Consult:
Our Final consultation is to review everything from beginning to end. We will review your timeline, ceremony, music, online planer and take you through the journey of your day to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned it.
4. The Ceremony:
The day of the ceremony, our officiants arrive early to help coordinate and get everyone ready. We also coordinate with all vendors as well to insure nothing gets missed.
5. The Marriage License
All couples are responsible for acquiring their marriage license prior to the wedding.
The officiant will then sign it and file it with the proper office.
A copy of the license is also provided for you to keep and retain for your records.
